    I bought this because we still get lots of cash in our shops. Especially since the Rogers outage. This machine is dead bang on, easy to set up and use. It can detect US and CAD currency, has settings to one or the other. You do need to make sure that bills are put in neatly or else once in a while it beeps in error if a bill is folded but still spits out bills in order and correct count. I have now used it about 50 times and put in same amounts and recounted them, still counts accurately each time. Saves me lots of time compared to hand counting. I even got a second one for our other store. I got this unit because we do not need anything high end. If you just need a simple and accurate cash counter, this unit should be sufficient.

    This product has been an absolute disaster. No one should buy this. I am not saying that as a joke or because I have ulterior motives. I’m just an average joe wanting to count his bills faster. Let me start by saying this product would consistently jam every time I put money into it. It would very often miscount the number of bills, so much so that I had to quadruple check to make sure it was right. And that’s not including all the times it would get jammed.

    I don’t know why I kept this product. Right off the bat I should’ve just returned it. I purchased in December and now it’s completely broken, not even usable. I should’ve returned this sooner. Its probably the worst thing I’ve ever got on this site. The screen just stopped working on me a couple days ago leading me here trying to return the product but it says the return window has closed. I want to speak with the vendor because this product never did what it was supposed to.

    Money counting is literally easier and more efficient by hand than with this.
