    The backpack is cute even though the quality can be better. My issue with the whole purchase is that the seller does not offer return shipping when an item is defective or has missing part. I bought the backpack as a birthday present for my daughter, but the Pikachu Pom Pom is missing, which obviously is a huge disappointment to the birthday girl. When I tried to return the item, the seller approved the return but would not include prepaid shipping even though they are party that sent out defective backpack. The shipping cost to send the backpack to the seller from Canada is almost the price of the bag. Buyers beware!
