The pivoting arm allows for easy adjustment without being too loose that it would move around when driving.

As the title indicates, the only thing missing would be a way to swivel the phone when docked. You have to make sure the phone direction is perfect before suctioning it in place because it can't be easily adjusted when driving and is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
