I used to play Xbox but recently because of horizon forbidden west and zero dawn moved to PlayStation. Everyone knows that the Xbox series x more powerful than PS5 but when I bought it and got PS5 Controller in hand I found too many fantastic features that are useful in future games then I prefered PS5 because of the amazing controller because of the previous PlayStation Controller versions I've hated Playstation and never played any version of it and when Microsoft introduced the first Xbox version I bought that and I've played with Xbox for more than 13 years with hundreds of games. But the New one changed my mind completely and I am happy to buy it In comparison with the disc version because I am a new PS5 player so it is the best option for me though
I’ve been trying to get product support for about a 1/2 hour. Very frustrating since you don’t offer return on just the controller. Wondering if someone could give me support for my sons birthday present he just got. The microphone jack on the controller just gave up. Even tried new headset and still doesn’t work. The console works fine so all he needs is a new controller. Please help? Update Oct 9/23 still no help
