Baking Pan Washing and Maintenance

Baking Pan Washing

After use, the baking pan needs to be thoroughly cooled before washing, to avoid thermal expansion and contraction and damage to the coating.

When washing the baking tray, use warm water with neutral detergent to Wash, and then wipe with a cloth to dry, do not use abrasive cloth or metal ball vigorously scrape, and do not use high-pressure water rinse or long time soak.

Baking Tray Daily Maintenance

01. After each use of the baking pan cooled to room temperature, use a soft rag or plastic scraper to remove the residue left in the baking pan, higher than room temperature can only use a soft rag for processing.

02. After using the utensils for a while, you can wash them thoroughly with warm water and a small amount of neutral detergent with a soft cloth, and dry the water stains on the surface before baking them for 5-10 minutes at the oven temperature (about 80°C) to keep them dry.

03. Do not leave the baked or unbaked product in the appliance to avoid the , sugar and starch in the product from oxidizing the metal material on the bottom of the non-stick coating, which will affect the non-stick effect and the service life of the coating.

04. Baking pans should be cooled and then stacked and stored, and should be handled gently to keep the appliance dry and not stored in a damp place to avoid collision and friction caused by careless operation, resulting in wear and scratches of the non-stick coating.
