The most important thing that they don’t explain, is that you need to turn/twist each petal into the center, and secure it.
Once you sort out the first one, the rest take a few minutes each.
Good quality for the price, bigger than dollar store windmills. Will definitely buy again. Had all pieces. Using in my garden to deter larger critters.
10/10 would not recommend for anyone with minimal patience, anger issues or severe PMS.
