A very big bottle of vitamins that are packed full of nutrients! Everything you need to stay healthy, plus more, because it's for after you've had a baby. A very nice bottle and a big bottle at that, it's a great vitamin to take, and with a woman owned company, you can be sure you're getting everything you need.

    Was skeptical to purchase due to the price, but so happy I did. Feels like a safety net on the days I’m not eating the best while breastfeeding. I’ve noticed my hair has less fall out this time around and no hormonal acne (possibly due to taking these). I seem to have less body fatigue as well.

    They do have a potent scent, doesn’t bother me but may bother some.

    I’ve been taking these postnatal vitamins for a month now, and I’ve been really impressed with the quality. They’re easy to take, don’t have an unpleasant aftertaste, and I feel like they’ve been helping support my overall health after giving birth. However, unfortunately, they were out of stock when I went to order them for my second month, so I had to find an alternative. It’s a bit frustrating since I was happy with the product, but I’m hopeful they’ll be available again soon. Would recommend, just be aware of the availability issues!

    So I’ve been taking these for about 4 months now and I have noticed my hair has been growing like crazy and if anything my hair seems fuller and longer . My nails are long and strong and my energy and mood are also great . I am breastfeeding and I know how hard it is to find the time to take care of yourself when you’re busy with a little one and finding the time to eat properly sometimes can be very hard . Also having a baby is so rough on a woman’s body and the recovery takes a long time to get back to normal and with a baby taking all your nutrients this helps you get it back . Defiantly recommend this product

    This product is great for PP moms! I was originally continuing my prenatal vitamins, but noticed my hair was shedding in clumps and my moods wouldn't level out. I am breastfeeding so I found I was always starving. Since I swapped, I've noticed my hair is starting to grow back (also take a independent hair supplement), my body isn't starving anymore, and my moods are definitely better. These are great as they nourish your healing body. I do also take choline as an add on too. I would recommend this product for sure. I do find it's a bit pricey as you need to take 2 per day and the bottle is a 60 count, so it works out to be over a dollar per dose. But the way I look at it, health is the most important and would rather spend the money than have issues later on. I do find the pills float so when swallowed they make you feel full for a while in a bit of an uncomfortable way. I find that happens to me with these types of capsules.
