With the included roll of thermal paper, I printed a return label and taped it down with packing tape. Next day, I wanted to bring the packages to the post office. The information on the labels was gone and I can only assume that it was due to paper reacting with the tape. This never happens with prints I get from photocopy store.
I also printed a black and white graphic. It had trouble giving consistent blacks.
For what I need, print is fine but I did not expect this thermal paper to be so highly reactive. I am now realizing that it has the some quality as a store receipt, that fade away after a few months.

I tried the printer the first time and it worked fine. One you it was a process, you have to go online and download a driver from the website and you have to dig through a sea of drivers and find the one for your model. Same thing for iOS app, it's not an official app from the AppStore, it's a downloadable file u have to give permission to connect to ur phone. Anyways I did download the driver for my MacBook, and the printer worked the first time with it. The second time I needed it, it didn't work. Reinstalling the driver and resetting the printer did nothing so I had to return it. I don't recommend this product.

One great thing of course with this printer is it does full width print on the go. It works out of battery via Bluetooth or you can connect to your device using USB-C connection. With the wire connection it is as expected of any printer and only requires the driver to be installed and your PC/Mac will recognize and add as an available printer. No issue there.

The Bluetooth connection has a bit more requirements as you would need to install the Phomeno apps. Then print from there. And although this is fully function, the video I did was a picture using the app on Android, it is with some quirks. Navigation is not that good or structured. You can print from online social medial directly which is practical but it is just as good to get your image/doc locally and print.

If you plan to use while wired to a laptop for example and do not require super detailed print then this is totally serviceable. You can also use Bluetooth while leaving the printer in range and that is somewhat easy to but need the apps. Know that thermal paper is sensitive to heat and those print are less lasting than toner or ink. But with a roll of paper, you can print any length, up to the roll max, without interruption.

It is not too heavy to carry around but it would be better in a bag. The printer does come with a pouch to protect it on the go. Finally, cutting page can be tricky and found the best way is to pull toward the printer from one side to the other.
