The description and other reviews mention the 40 watt equivalency, so I'll take ownership for no more than 50% of this discrepancy. The other 50% belongs to the seller for false advertising and �鶹�� should probably make them remove or amend the photos for the actual product.

As they are bedroom lamps, warm yellow is the permanent vibe.

UPDATE: I used the schedule to rise at 7am (30 min gradually increasing brightness) and sure enough I woke up gently, wondering why my left lamp was super bright white.

This method works for me as my bedroom has blackout curtains, so unless open, my bedroom is pitch black. I am tossing my alarm clock.

I grabbed 2 more bulbs for my living room floor lamp.

These are not the cheapest bulbs on the market, but they are smart bulbs, and they can be controller with smart home controllers that support Zigbee. The color on these is also very good and the brightness is stellar as well. I have tried other bulbs (both smart and dumb bulbs) and none of them give you the color, look or features of these bulbs. If you are looking for a smart bulb, spend the money.
