Been spraying until the sun went down!!! I’ve never had so much fun applying liquids like I have been since I got home to my brand new HD2000 from @petratools!!! This backpack sprayer is such an awesome piece of professional equipment with all the features you could need to assist you with any application! Included in the box(in the tank for those who haven’t checked🤪)is everything you need to get the job done including but not limited to 4 different/adjustable nozzles for every different application you could imagine from spraying a soft, almost atomized fog to a powerful jet like spray that will hit what you want from over 10 feet away!! Using the pressure dial on the bottom side is VERY handy when you’re wanting to quickly switch from gentler watering to a more powerful mist or fog at the turn of a knob and twist of a nozzle, it’s as easy as that!!! Go check out @petratools and give them a shout if you’re interested in talking to some very friendly knowledgeable people and acquire some very heavy duty equipment for your growing arsenal!!

    We recieved a unit with a defective battery. We contacted the company directly with proof of purchase from 鶹. The process from beginning to end was smooth. We were treated professionally and fairly and a new battery arrived in short order.

    This unit is an arm saver. The tank size is manageable for a woman in her 60's, and the battery lasts for several hours. Have not used it to its capacity. The spray velocity is adjustable and if you use the teflon tape as instructed it does not drip.
    The tank does not fit quite as snuggly as I would like but the other features outweigh this inconvenience. It is by no means loose.

    Have used it just a handful of times so am unsure regarding longevity of the components, but at this time can say we would definately purchase this sprayer again.

    Wow, surprise, surprise.....Petratools customer service is awesome. I purchase the backpack sprayer two months ago. I assembled the sprayer when I received it. I did run water through it. Well yesterday I decided I need to use the sprayer so I placed the sprayer on the charger for the recommended charge time. This morning I took the sprayer off the charger to test for the charge. Nothing, no lights, pump never came on. (I had missed my return time for 鶹.) I went to Petratools online support. I went through the troubleshooting procedures. The sprayer still did not work. I called Petratools customer service and I spoke with Anne. I explained my problem. I explained everything that I had tried to solve my problem. After our conversation Anne decided that she would send a replacement sprayer. Thanks Anne and Petratools.(Everything took less than 10 minutes.)

    The PetraTools HD2000 Backpack Sprayer is my first one that is battery powered. Our home and 3 outer buildings are on a 1.12 acre piece of land with lots of weeds and unwanted grass to kill. I was getting tired of using the hand pump sprayer and ... WOW!! What a tremendous, surprising difference the HD2000 makes!! It's easy to fill, use, and clean! I was getting the sprayer ready to use for the first time this season when I realized that the under cap strainer was missing. I had the backpack, strainer, and cap separated from when I cleaned it after the last time I used it last Fall. Last month family came from out of town to help us move everything in our garage (where the HD2000 was) into our storage container. Needless to say, after 2 days of looking in every nook and cranny, I could not find the strainer. I called PetraTools to see if I could get a new one. To my very pleasant surprise, a magnificent Customer Service Rep. named Christina answered my call with a smile in her voice and a desire to go above and beyond what is required to help me! She was extremely efficient in every way; thoughtful of OUR time, was to the point with questions about my purchase, waited for me to get back to my computer to give her the info she needed, immediately told me that the HD2000 was under warranty and that she would send me a replacement strainer immediately. She said that the warehouse was closed and that she would text me after she spoke to them in the morning to let me know when to expect the strainer. Within a short time after we spoke, she texted me to let me know that she processed an order for the replacement strainer which I would receive within 3 to 5 business days. Christina is the very best representative that PetraTools could have! She truly cares about the customers, but especially about the image and reputation of PetraTools! Christina is the epitome of Customer Service!

    I went out to spray this morning and my sprayer was dead so I plugged it up to charge the battery, after a couple of hours still nothing, so I reached out to PetraTools and the nicest person by the name of Anne immediately texted me back and after she had me do some things she determined that my battery was gone. Anne then told me that I would receive a new battery in 3 to 5 days, not only is the product awesome so is Anne and the company. Thank you guys!

    Bottom line: The battery stopped working sometime between fall and this spring.

    I purchased this back pack sprayer on April 13th 2024. At first everything was great. Sprayed great. I used it about once a month to do normal spraying around the house for insects and different lawn products. I always ran at least 2-3 gallons of water in after to make sure everything was cleaned out.

    Toward the end of summer it started having issues turning off the spray, which resulted in spray going all over my garage.

    I had it stored in the basement over the winter so it wouldn't freeze. I was going to use it to spray for grubs in the lawn this spring. I let it charge for 24 hours. Filled it up and nothing. I can't recommend this product to anyone. There are much better products out there at this price point.
