    It arrived faster than I expected. I read previous reviews and was little concerned but figured I would try well ahead of needing this for a gift. I am very impressed with look and feel of the bag. It is exactly as shown in description. Customization was exactly as I picked. Definitely worth the price :)
    The only reason for 4 stars is it is a gift so not sure of durability just yet, I will probably update as it will be travelling a lot.

    Firstly the item arrived quite late, ordered Dec 9 with the latest arrival Dec 29, but actually arriving Jan 5th. It definitely did not ship as it suggests in 4-5 days. Second, despite the listing claiming the item is leather right in the title, it is not. It looks, smells and feels like fake leather. I suppose on the upside that is what makes it water resistant?? Also there is mentioned that some aspect of it is handcrafted. I am highly doubtful. I think that's just to explain the ground shipping. With the shipping included of $5.99 it cost me $40 all in, which, once received, I definitely felt duped. Mostly because I had expected leather not a vinyl bag with machined laser writing. The pros: the bag did arrive, it does have my son's name on it spelled correctly, and I'm sure it will last him a few years. It does feel thick and not thin or flimsy. The downside is it was costly given the quality. I had bought my younger son a $16.99 Bugotti bag at Winners and he feels like he was the winner.
