    Made quiche and a blueberry tart. I had a mishap on my first quiche, having never used a tart pan, I picked it up from the bottom and the bottom came up thru the quiche and ruined everything. Novice error!! Now I am careful to pick it up appropriately. I am still working on perfecting the crust. I need to make the
    sides thicker. But with some practice I will perfect the crust sides.
    The pan is easy to use and I love that I can pop the creation out of the pan. No more struggling to get that first piece out of pan. Thanks patz & patz for such a great product!
