Seems well made. Made ravioli for the first time. It will take a few times to perfect but for the first recipe I have to say was pretty good. Be careful with the rolling handle as it is just inserted in the hole, I don't see anywhere to fasten it in place so it fell out a few times just missing my foot. Other than that well made and heavy. Make a trial run of dough so you can run it through all the rollers so you can get the oil off. There is a bit of residue so I ran it through the machine five or six times. It helps to get the hang of it before you try a recipe.

This is the first pasta mill I have purchased, basically for the purpose of making custom made pasta recipes more than saving money on already cheap store bought pasta. After using the pasta maker a few times, so far there are none of the technical issues as found in the less positive reviews. Strictly using it for processing pasta dough only, it rolls out the dough with no issues, and the cutters have so far cut the dough as they should. Clean up with a dry cloth and storage is a breeze. The only critique I can think of is perhaps the product should come with a slightly larger clamp, although it does hold the device firmly to most tables if not a counter top with an awkwardly profiled edge like the one in my kitchen. That said, this seems to be an excellent pasta mill for the price, and I'm looking forward to churning out a lot of pasta with no issues for the foreseeable future. Buon appetito!
