I just received my printer today.
The package is nice and easy, the printer came well protected and absolutely no damage from shipping.
The assembly of the the unit is very easy and simple. The toner is already preinstalled for you and all is needed is to remove some internal packaging in the toner and toner chamber.
I have an older Mac with 10.7.5 OS and the driver did not seem to work. At the end of the set up I got a message saying the port is busy and cannot connect to the printer. I was unable to set up the WiFi on my Mac, so I used my Win7 machine. Using the included CD and my win7 machine, set up was very easy. I was able to print wirelessly from my Win7 and my Iphone6S plus. The Airdrop feature works flawless!!
I struggled with the set up on my mac, and reinstalled the driver 4 times with the same error message every time. Final I hit cancel and tried to print a page…. and yes the printer was listed, once I selected from the list, the installation completed and I was able to print from my Mac as well. So now I can print from all my devices. So my only complaint is that MAC install is confusing.
Prints come out very fast, this is a cute little speed demon.
I would say that it is a great monochrome printer for the price.
