    Not for my brown age spots on my face. I'm a 48 year old male with a couple of brown spots on my cheek and I've used these faithfully everyday. They're really sticky too so peeling them off is a bit of a pain and the edges of the patches typically curl up so I had to use scissors to trim the ends after I've placed them on my skin. The next day it sort of stings peeling them off. I didn't find these to be helpful at all and if anything my dark spots are more apparent now. I certainly don't recommend these patches.

    They work. I put one on a pimple two nights in a row when I notice a pimple coming out, and it goes away. When I peel the patch, I can see that it was removing the liquid from inside the pimple.

    I've used these patches for three nights now on two different types of dark spots, one being a hypertrophic scar and the other being a dry dark patch that was left after a cystic zit.

    After one day of use I immediately noticed that the hypertrophic scar was no longer protruding and was completely flat like the rest of my skin. It wasn't until the third day that I saw a difference in the colour of the scar. It started off dark brown but now it's a light beige shade.

    As for the dry dark patch caused by a cystic zit, after one day I noticed that it was no longer dry/flaky and the patch had slightly lightened. By the third day the patch had lightened to the point where it almost blended in with the rest of my skin tone.

    Overall, I think this is a great product! It adheres very well and I actually prefer the larger size of these patches over the typical smaller circular ones we see on the market. I'll definitely be repurchasing!
