It is ridiculous...and I love Bitubol for making this lens.

Yes, it looks like a famous cookie...weighs less than my camera battery...and is all plastic.

Know what else? It works! It's a full frame lens no less, and the vignetting is pretty much non existent. So on my camera, it will shoot at 32mm and 48mm (call it 50mm).
So for under 30 bucks, you get two focal lengths for the price of one.

Here's the other perk...the mount is plastic. Yep, it's cheap, but I was not as worried mounting this as I would be with a cheapish metal mount made from who knows. The lens mount isn't going to damage my camera body mount in the slightest. The lens also did not lock in with the usual 'click'. It sort of just nudges tight. Again, I'm fine with that.

I powered on the camera and voila, I had a 32mm field of view with an F/10 Depth of Field (DOF).

I have provided two images I imaged this morning on a walk. I did post process them...giving me a chuckle. So my images are about as good as one can expect form a high MP camera. A 20MP or 24MP might look a bit better. High MP show every lenses flaws, and this lens has some flaws!
But who cares at this price point...seriously. It's just a fun cheap lens.

It takes my very expensive camera body, and presto...it's now a vacation instamatic.

Small? Heh, people will wonder where your lens is. Why is that person walking around without a lens they will whisper. You'll turn to confront them, but they scurry away into the shadows...you chase after them. Using your incredibly light and agile camera rig, you sling it towards the fleeing gossipers as a hunter would with a bolo. Okay, perhaps I am getting ahead of myself here...the point is this thing is TINY.

It's cheap...it works, and it takes in focus, but not exactly sharp images.

I love it. I won't be making any prints with it, but it's still a fun lens just to goof around with.

5 stars because it works enough, and it is incredibly cheap...and full frame.

I tested this 100% plastic lens on my Sony A7C full-frame camera. For me, the best feature of the lens is that it looks like an Oreo cookie. This thing is the definition of simplicity: it's fixed aperture (f/10), fixed focal length (32mm), and fixed focus (1.5m to infinity). Interesting to note: it mounts like any other lens but does not have a defined mount point and can turn either way to tighten up to the body. Also, it does not have any mechanism to lock it to the body, so you literally think of it as a body cap with a very small plastic lens in the middle (because that's essentially what it is). You could actually use it as a body cap that can function as a lens for those moments when something happens quickly and you need to get the shot off but don't have time to mount a lens. Odd use case, I know, but it's viable.

Despite being set at f/10, pretty much no part of the resulting images are what I would consider sharply in focus. There's some noticeable softness in the center and this gets dramatically more pronounced as you move towards the edges. Also, barrel distortion is very present at the edges of the images on full frame, but this is probably less visible on APS-C sensors. Color rendition is somewhat flat and doesn't really have that old-school film look. Chromatic aberration was surprisingly less obvious that I was expecting, however. By modern lens performance standards, I would rate this one as "atrocious".

Who should buy this: people who want to get the lens performance of cheap 80s disposable film camera without having to do much post processing. The colors don't render like vintage film, but the poor lens quality really comes through in that nostalgic way. If you're into Holga cameras/lenses and like the "lomography" look, it's worth considering.

Who should avoid: people who want to get the most out of their camera's sensor or feel the need to have full control over lens parameters.

I feel like it's a *fair* deal, at best, considering the price point when I ordered. 30-50% less would be a much more attractive price point for me.

Really fun lens.
Perfectly imperfect.
Less thinking more shooting just gives the images something different not overly sharp just soft enough.
Definitely worth it especially for something to just walk around with.
Found that the lens worked best with harsh lighting like direct sunlight.
A lot of the photos did have that soft vintage look that people aim for.
Just know what you're getting and don't expect sharp images.

It's literally a glorified camera body cap with an acrylic lens in the middle of it. Funny enough it actually doesn't take that bad of photos color wise, but despite saying it's set for parfocus I found this thing never got any sort of sharp focus at all but possibly a suggestion of clarity at 1.5m and beyond. It is still usable though, just expect the shortcomings. The images that come out of it have a analog look to it, and if you pair it with jpg editing you can have a really fun shoot if you aren't looking for critical sharpness. I uploaded a couple of straight out of camera shots with the ZV-E10 II for samples.

It's hilarious to look at though, and fits the camera snug. I like that it looks like an Oreo (or a Hydrox, whatever you prefer).
