I've had this for about a week and have tested several UHD Discs and so far Dolby Vision is outstanding, But HDR content is where this product really shines. I have the UB820 connected to my 55" LG C2 OLED TV and out of the box it asked you to go through some basic setup and drops on the home page, then you can go into setting select what kind of TV or Projector you are using and audio connection. Beyond those you vital parameters there plenty of other options to suite almost any setup. The real magic come when you pop an HDR disc in and granularity in picture settings is amazing across where you can set 4 different adjustable profiles in 2 memory banks so you can essentially set 8 viewing environments to much to explain here. As far as disc playing it's dead quite. I'm upgraded from an LG UBK90 Which was really loud loading and sometimes playing discs with the laggy interface and nowhere near image reproduction. If you're considering a 4k disc player put the UB820 at the top of your short list! 😁👍🏻
