My husband has that lucky gift where when his head hits the pillow, you fall asleep straight away. I however don’t and can’t do that. Takes me ages to sleep but by the time I’m ready, I hear his mighty snores. I once watched my husband sleep (I’m his wife so it’s not creepy) and noticed he sleeps with his mouth open. I read on Instagram (obviously where would one get health related info these days?) that open mouth sleeping isn’t healthy and can cause snoring. I purchased this and husband has been sleeping with this on for the last few days. I kid you not, the first night I had the best sleep since a very long time. Does it stop him from snoring? NO. But it reduced the level of the snoring sound so was better than the loud thundering sound. I already expected it wasn’t going to stop him from snoring but wasn’t expecting the difference in the sound! He also noticed throughout the day that he’s more aware of him breathing through his nose. I originally wanted to give four stars because it didn’t stop the snoring but then decided it deserve five for the deep quality sleeps I’ve been having.
