The large velcro closing makes it easy for Seniors to do up. No trying to get a snap together which can be very difficult for Seniors with vision problems and hand weakness. Washes up in a snap! Just put on a bit of soap, scrub lightly and rinse, then hang to dry. Mom loves the bibs as they have nice designs that accent her clothing. So glad I purchased the 12 pack as it is cheaper per bib than buying the 3 or 5 pack.
