    This took quite some time to learn this, but if you plan to use this on PC, shut down Steam, or Epic, or any other game store front so that you can put the wheel into wheel mode, not controller mode. The setup instructions are 100% useless, the internet is your friend here.

    If you are buying this to work with Xbox Series S or Windows - don't (unless you are looking to be very disappointed or breaking your child's heart)!! It does not work. Period. And even if you get it to work, it doesn't calibrate properly and is continuously flaky. I've spent over a year with their supposed help desk trying to get this to work with Forza and I'm just sent in circles over and over. Nothing works. And if you pass the 1-year mark, they won't even acknowledge your email for support - they will completely ignore you. Spend a few extra dollars and buy something that works.

    This wheel looks great online. The product is different in person. Don’t get me wrong it’s a great wheel for the beginner, it’s a stick shift with a clutch and a wheel with lots of programable buttons. But the wheel starts to develop play in the -5 to 5 degree angles and ends up feeling sloppy. The pedals are flat to the floor. Literally they feel very uncomfortable and they all have the same unnatural stiffness to them. The gear lever feels very weak. I’ve had mine for a week or two and it’s very squeaky to shift from 5th to 4th. The gear select buttons don’t always push down when put into gear. The reverse push down messes with the 6th gear transition. All in all it’s great for a budget. But it is just that. A budget wheel.

I tried everything to fix it installed the app on phone to see if it’s going anything and it’s not what ever else I press it’s blue in the app but when I try to shift it’s not even doing anything so I wasted 200€ for whole setup and shifter doesn’t even work and there are no videos about it on internet some people had problem with it some didn’t and I can’t even contact the company there is no information anywhere on 鶹 to contact seller which is sad and can’t return it because I threw all the boxes away + everything else works expect shifter would love if they could send me new one but that won’t happen 100% if I was you I would look for better wheel
