can be used as thermal paste (found out because i ran out of thermal paste in the middle of re apply, and this i used as a last resort for thermal paste and it surprisingly works decently not as good as thermal paste but gets the job done which more than what can be said about any thermal pad that i know of and relatively stable (using it on a laptop ) as for the VRMs the temps are VERY noticable from before id say about a 8C difference on the temps of there from what i can tell from monitoring , will update if any changes arise WOULD RECOMMEND, also make sure you get thermal paste along with it or have enough when you do swap out thermal pads with this stuff its quite effective and reasonably thick
