I ordered this item but only the base came. I reached out to the company and they replied back within a day with an offer to resend the item. In terms of customer service, this company definitely stands behind their products... I have another similar tablet holder so I borrowed the tablet holder part and it fit perfectly.

The base of the tablet holder only works if you have a really flat surface. We have a textured wooden table that has micro grooves and while that'll hold for a little while, it eventually gives way. I'm kitchen counter tops or Ikea laminate tables would be better surfaces I am sure.

This tablet holder is of the variety that the rotates to create the suction. I have another version where you have to push a clasp down to create the suction. To be honest, I'm not sure which is better as that would take long term testing to figure out.

I plan on using this tablet holder in gnarly conditions, but that won't be for some time so I can't tell you if it'll hold. But from my gut, the quality seems pretty good so I'm willing to trust my tablet to it.

Very well made all around. The cradle will hold your cell or tablet easily with no fear of dropping it.
It does need two hands to install or remove the device to avoid stressing the suction cups grip.
The arm position is very flexible when loose, but becomes ridged once the wingnut is tightened.
The suction cup's grip is amazing but must be stuck onto a totally flat and clean surface.
I actually put this on my glass coffee table and can pick up the 4'x16" glass top with the suction cup!
Best to let it sit for 24 hours before use, especially if you're going to put a tablet in it.

I’m honestly super impressed with this tablet holder. The suction is NO JOKE, once you press it down and lock it into place, that thing is stuck. I gave it everything I had trying to move it just to test it, and it didn’t budge at all. It was like, comically strong. Definitely the most secure suction cup I’ve used.

The build quality is also great. It’s made from thick, solid plastic and feels really durable. The holder grips my tablet with strong springs, so I never worry about it slipping or falling out. I can move the arm around and adjust the angle without feeling like I’m risking my device flying across the room.

I also like that you can easily switch from portrait to landscape orientation depending on what you're doing. The only mildly chaotic part was getting the holder onto the ball joint -- it took a little force and felt slightly traumatic in the moment, but it popped in and works perfectly now.

If you’re looking for a super solid, no-nonsense car or desk mount for a tablet, this one really delivers.

We are using this for in our SUV for our small toddler (in a rear-facing car seat) on longer trips – without a holder, she tends to drop the tablet – this holds it firmly in place.

The arm on the holder is a little short for our application, but with the suction cup attached to the rearmost side window, the tablet is held just beside the headrest.

When the suction is engaged (I recommend making the suction cup damp prior to mounting) and the thumbscrew tightened, this holder the tablet firmly in place during travel.

I recommend the holder, but keep in mind how short the arm is – some may find a longer arm (or a second one) useful.

I got this for my mother since she has been for years using a broken phone stand that kept causing her phone to fly away when driving. She absolutely loves it, you can tell this was built for heavy duty. No matter how heavy you drive it is dead set exactly where you set it. She also used it for her tablet, same ordeal. Though she did mention as someone who does delivery she wished it was easier to socket in and out a device, as it requires both hands to pop device back into the stand.

Adquirí este soporte para usar la tablet en viajes largos con los niños y me sorprendió lo bien que se sujeta. Se nota resistente y la ventosa no se despega fácilmente (aunque hay que colocarla bien). No es perfecto, pero funciona muy bien para su propósito.
