This pan has been great for making mini cheesecakes. I’ve used it so many times already. I love how easy it is to pop the bottoms out, which makes releasing the cheesecakes super simple. That said, the bottoms rusted really quickly, and I had to order replacements almost right away. They don’t seem built to last, so plan on replacing them fairly often. Thankfully, the replacements aren’t expensive. Still a solid buy if you bake a lot and want easy cleanup.
