Light and Moisturizing!
I liked this moisture serum. It is creamy but not heavy at all. Feels light on my skin and absorbs well without a tacky sticky feel afterwards. My skin feel super hydrated afterwards. I use this under my sunscreen everyday. Only thing I really do not like it why they designed it with a dropper dispenser. The cream is not too thick but thick enough it doesn’t get sucked in with the dropper very well. So it is super frustrating to use the dropper since it dispenses a super small amount each time. I will be transferring it either into a pump or just a container.

I have difficult combination skin that doesn’t agree with moisturisers. They usually cause redness, burning eyes, and sunscreen is the worst for both. I have been trying out a trio of PKY products and so far I’m impressed with how gentle yet effective they are. Just taking a moment here to explain what I have been using, the PKY Low pH Pore Deep Cleansing Foam stopped my skin from itching and becoming oily and flaky at the end of the day. Nothing else I’ve used has ever worked so well. I’ve been following up the cleansing foam with the Ultimate Calming Solution Toner then this Moisture Serum that is being reviewed here.
This Moisture Serum spreads nicely, it doesn’t leave my face greasy or unusual feeling, and it soaks in to do its thing in a few minutes and I don’t even notice. I thought I wasn’t using enough initially, because other moisturizers are heavy on the skin, but in this case it didn’t need more. My skin did not turn dry or flakey 11 hours later. I have been using it too when I go to bed and my skin subjectively looks different in the morning, like it’s smoother and matte. I get a little pinkness, but I’m still evaluating this.
The eye dropper is a tad finicky, but I see some purpose of it. The moisturizer is thick and the eye dropper is easier than shaking the bottle to get the serum out. The trick was to squeeze the air out of the eye dropper just before inserting it into the bottle. Happy.
