These are nice speakers. I got them to replace a broken OEM speaker on a 2015 Mazda 3. The provided bracket was not needed as I was able to convert OEM speaker cone to a “bracket” as you can see in the image.
After that fit perfectly. Note I soldered the leads and kept the original connector.
Sound is good, but speakers alone will not magically raise the sound quality - nonetheless as a drop in replacement these speakers work well with decent characteristics.
I would not advise just replacing the OEM speakers if they work fine, for a noticeable improvement in sound quality you will need a more elaborate and expensive upgrade of not only the speakers.
