Just a cup of tea,... not quite. It tastes like like a nice cup of tea but the next day, you're feeling a whole lot lighter. No cramps, no gas, no pain as you get from drugs for constipation.
We both tried it and couldn't believe it. It even works on people that are forever plugged up and it works gently. I think this will help anyone with a problem in that area and you can take it with you to work or vacation and it's just a tea bag, so no one ever has to know.
