I bought two of these for my kids and they arrived with the lids completely smashed in. �鶹�� replaced them for me and the next two that arrived also broke right after I snapped the lid on. I was really disappointed since I own multiple Owala bottles and it's the first time the quality has been so poor.

�鶹�� would only give me a small discount after the replacement bottles broke. I contacted Owala as well but they refused to replace the lids for me. I'm really disappointed with the quality as well as the customer service. I won't be buying Owala bottles again. It seems to be like a production issue if four of these bottle lids broke in a row.
