Pretty much the minimum size for a pizza oven by ooni. Seems well enough built. You should definitely follow the well written instructions very very carefully. The parts (especially the legs) are numbered for a very good reason. Only one orientation for the parts really works. That being said, it’s quite easy to put together. Parts are a combination of SS and I think powder coated steel, which should be fine for rust. However the caster wheels have just normal steel parts and I suspect they will rust if left outside. I’ve put a bit of Corrosion X on those parts to hopefully delay corrosion. I also have it tucked under the cover of my bbq.
Overall, seems like it was exactly what I needed. I haven’t tried cooking a pizza with it yet, but it might be helpful to have something to make sure the oven doesn’t move on the surface, to prevent the oven from falling.
