    The drip irrigation hose is tough and well made. Unlike other drip lines which just have a small holes drilled or punctured in the tubing, this hose has a reinforced section every 6 inches which houses the emitter hole. I paired these drip lines with small 8 valve manifolds so that I can continue each drip line separately. A drip line of this quality should last for years.

    this does exactly what you would expect.
    My tomatoes, Beans, Peas, Strawberries, Peppers and chard onions and cilantro and rosemary are just thrilled with it every morning at sun-up when the water timer is triggered by the sunrise, II helps to stake this tubing in place when you lay it in your garden because it has a memory from being coiled that needs a little force to retrain it to go strait or to curve smoothly where you want it to go. They make nice plastic upside down J shaped stakes for that and they work exactly as you would expect them to.
    This really out performs and will far out last the soaker hose. system i replaced with this.

    I tried another drip line that was black and had to rip it all out. The black stuff doesn't work, some emitters don't drip and the whole line is not pressure compensating. Don't buy the black stuff, buy the drip line that works.
