    Way too powerful. Can't imagine what needs mixing to that degree besides whipping something and even then. Setting one felt like max speed and there's 6 more stages + a turbo mode. Needed it to go a lot slower for my mash potatoes, splattered everywhere what a mess.

Because I no longer do a great deal of baking, I just need a mixer to be strong enough to get through a batch of heavy cookie dough and other occasional baking.
