This sweetener works very well for me. Since it is in liquid form, it is very easy to put it on top of anything (e.g. solid stuff) and eat it without even the need to mix it (yes, I like to save my effort even in this :)) unlike a powdered sweetener which may not spread out evenly. I earlier got stevia powder and was fine with that too, but my wife told me that she found some after taste in stevia, which is why I tried sweet monk in the first place. For me, yes, I had a mild awareness about stevia but with this monk fruit sweetener I cannot tell of any additional taste. For my wife, she is very sensitive to taste and is able to consume this better than stevia. Although she has just tried it a couple of times only and says she needs some more time to get used to, she was able to use this instead of sugar. So, happy with the product overall.
