Verified PurchaseI was very disappointed in this book. It was so repetitive, huge font to make it seem longer, a basic outline but absolutely no substance. And the “recipes” were not really recipes.
If you are serious about a healthier lifestyle, sadly, this is not a good source or place to start.

Verified PurchaseI would not recommend this book to anyone.
This surprisingly BIG font, vague, book mentions things that would benefit people as the advertising promoted.
However in my feelings about it fails to expand on said things with my personal desired detail & examples of how to follow through.
For health plagued, knowledge seekers like me; It may be a letdown.
My suggestion:
Go to the library and glance through it.
Decide for yourself.
I was looking for real help & directions to back the hype and it personally did not do it for me.
