Organika Whole Psyllium Seed Husk

Psyllium is a gentle non-gassy source of fibre that provides 20% of daily fibre intake. It collects 2-3 grams of water per gram of psyllium forming a gelatin-like mass that encourages regularity and helps to relieve constipation. Psyllium has a mild laxative effective by increasing fecal moisture, size and density. It promotes detoxification with it’s scrubbing action throughout the colon.

Anything produced in America is now a lot more expensive, so I either find a substitute not made in the USA, or do without...
