    Pros- tastes good, use same amount as any
    type of wheat flour, organic, glutton free,
    slightly sweet so you can use a little less
    sweetener & will give a crust on top if
    want that.
    Differences- it is darker (just a visual
    thing) compared to any wheat
    flour.

    I have a dog with a lot of medical issues and i have to make all his food and treats which is very hard when he can only eat 3 ingredients.... This flour was a life saver (literally) as i can now make him his treats safely and it works wonderfully!

    Only downside is the price. This bag only lasts me about 2 weeks so it gets quite expensive but its the best i have been able to find.
