Great for baking. Incorporated them into my buttercream and used them for decorations. There are a few bigger chunks though so next time I’ll them out some more with a rolling pin before incorporating them into the buttercream as the large cookie chunks got stuck in my piping tips.

    Bought these Oreo baking crumbs to use as a cheesecake crust to mix things up a bit as I was getting tired of using the graham cracker crumbs. Price costs about the same as the graham cracker crumbs. Not overly sweet because there's no centre filling. Bakes well too and overall, I think I could probably get about 2 crusts out of one box. If recipes call to add butter to make crust, then use less as this can make the crust greasy.
