Like others have said, it works well and moves junk along the gutters quite well. Just take your time and do a few passes. I did have to climb up to clear a couple of really bad jams but I think I could have broken them up eventually. Sprays water at a good force and has a bit of kickback at the head if you just jam it all the way open super quick. I'm 6'-2" and had no problem reaching my bungalow's gutters from the ground with it extended. Shorter folks might have to stretch a bit more. The tube is aluminum so it's light. However, I accidentally put a slight bend into the extension tube because I left it hanging on the gutter to pull the hose along. It fell out and land half onto the concrete stairs. Now the tube won't retract all the way because of the slight bend and I think if I force it, it'd likely break the plastic parts. Even with the very slight bend, the cleaner still works fine and the bend is no fault of the product or the manufacturer. My only suggestion to the manufacturer is to turn the valve handle 180 degrees so the small plastic handle doesn't protrude below the bottom/connection point of the handle. It would also make the valve easier to use, in my opinion.
