I bought two toothbrush like this one for my 3 year old twins (I bought it when they were 2yrs-8month, they are turning 3 on Sept 14, we are Sept 5 today). They work very well, just enough power to brush but not too much to scare them or hurt them. they love it, they will put it in their mouth and play around and the brush will do it's work. saved us a lot of trouble trying to brush their teeth with a manual brush. I would definitely buy again.

my only nitpick is my girls have small mouths so when we first bought it when they were 2yrd-8mth the actual brush was bigger than the toothbrush they had before so it took some time for them to feel comfortable with the bigger brush but as they are getting older it got easier and now it is not an issue anymore.
