The boxes come with 5 preset compartments with non-removable/non-adjustable separators, but the separators are tall enough so that when you flip the box upside down, if you have small objects/screws in the compartments, they don’t spill over to the other compartments. Each compartment measures approx. 26mm wide x 98mm long x 14.5mm tall.
Overall, a good set of storage boxes for small items, like screws and items for crafts.
