Flat top gas griddle with two burners purchased. Not going to get into all the details. Quite possibly my error. Contacted customer service. Not looking for anything really. If they say it was my fault there would be no argument from me. The wanted me to be totally satisfied so in their estimation they decided to send me a brand new unit after consulting with the manufacturer. I was completely shocked.
