    Probably a good deal. Gotta be cautious with 鶹 renew sometimes. Bought one plus 7 pro from 鶹 renewed a couple years ago and was very happy so decided to buy a new renewed phone once again. Didn't come with the original packaging but the phone itself was in good condition. No scratches , fingerprints whatsoever. It also came with the warp charger brand new still in original plastic. If you're seeing this I say go buy it now good deal for sure

    I mean the title literally. The phone just restarted by itself every 10-20 seconds I tried to use it, couldn't even get through the setup. Very disappointing considering it seemed in perfect conditions physically but that doesn't mean much when you can't use the phone at all, at least it's pretty I guess. Also, the battery didn't go up at all whenever I tried charging it, couldn't even get it past 10%, and on top of that it got really, really hot after a few minutes of being plugged in. Couldn't recommend it less, if I could give this product 0 stars I would.

    There are a few things wrong with this phone.
    The phone gets really hot after a couple of hours of use. It seems that I can't uninstall the T-Mobile icon/app from the phone. There is a discrepancy which I am disappointed with. Description on the phone says 128gb storage capacity but the details say 256gb memory/flash storage capacity. So I was under the impression that I would be able to add a memory card to get the full memory capacity of 256gb.
    Because of these issues is why I am not happy with the purchase.
    The price is good and so far the battery life lasts all day.

    Well this is my first oneplus phone so I wasn't sure what to expect. After a few months of using this phone I realise that this phone is is good for money.

    So the positives to me have been the super fast charging (60w). This is perfect for those days when I forget to put my phone on charge and 30-minutes later I have 100% battery. With a Full battery lasting a day and a half which is fantastic.

    One of the other advantage this phone has is it's dual SIM. I didn't realise that when I bought the phone as it comes in handy if you have an additional SIM or on holiday. The operating system is a delight to use and has more custom features than the normal Samsung.

    The camera is great but not fantastic. It still has a few teething software issues which I'm sure will be rectified in the future. I am not a big camera user so it doesn't bothe me.

    One feature that I haven't been able to try is the 5G. This is because the area where I live currently doesn't have any coverage. Not sure if the 5G will affect battery life as well.

    Be careful as 鶹 don't offer insurance cover for accidental damage on products above certain price. I thought I had added one to the basket during purchase but didn't realise that it was taken off automatically. Contacted 鶹 afterwards for it, no offer of insurance. Contacted Oneplus, they said they only offer insurance on handsets purchased from them directly. As luck would have it, the phone fell from my trouser pocket while getting out of the car and a 2.5 feet drop broke the screen! When contacted 鶹, they weren't able to do anything about it. The Oneplus OS has bugs. After couple of months of use, suddenly some of the gestures stopped working. I don't love the phone any more as much as I loved my previous OP6. Camera gives slightly blurry photos, although the camera boasted about great Hasseblad lenses - all a gimmick. Plastic case! What on Earth made OP make that decision? Even OP6 had a metal body. I hope it would last a little bit longer than 2 years before the OS suddenly crashes like the previous OP6 did, but I not so hopeful. Next phone isn't going to be OP I think. Only thing I didn't go for Google Pixel is that Google don't seem to support app clones (dual apps), which OP does. Those are the negatives, rest all good.

    Never let your phone to dry the battery completely. If the phone dead then you need to wait at least a day in charge to charge as it won't be charging with it's own charger. I think it's because of the fast charging technology. But if you charge your phone when it have some charge then I don't find any issues. Good phone with minor issues.

    So I went to the chat on the OnePlus website and asked if I could activate the warranty on my phone. I was told to "contact the seller". So I finally got on to the chat at 鶹 (after somehow having got past the bot who only gives you a limited number of options leaving you scratching your head thinking "How am I going to be able to talk about what my issue is?") . The assistant there tells me to "contact the manufacturer" !!! 鶹 are only able to help, I am told, "if there is an issue with the item" in which case they can contact the manufacturer. OK, I said, so what is the warranty period? "Sorry", came back the reply "we don't have that information".

    So I am completely at a loss what kind of warranty I have and how long it is for or even if I have a warranty.
