    Eiichiro Oda began his manga career in 1992 at the age of 17, when his one-shot cowboy manga Wanted! won second place in the coveted Tezuka manga awards. Oda went on to work as an assistant to some of the biggest manga artists in the industry, including Nobuhiro Watsuki, before winning the Hop Step Award for new artists. His pirate adventure One Piece, which debuted in Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 1997, quickly became one of the most popular manga in Japan.

The book is awesome and I can't wait to use it! However, there was a sticker on the back that didn't peel off in one piece and left residual stickiness behind. This isn't a big deal for some people but for anyone who's like me, it's a pet peeve! All I did to get rid of it was I used some 99% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and sprayed it on a piece of paper towel and wiped it over where the sticker was. I needed to do it a couple times but you'd never be able to tell it was there now! Overall, very happy with this purchase!

    If you enjoy cooking and likes anime, then this is the book for you. Only make a few recipes so for, however, since these recipes uses mainly ingredients found in Japan or inspired by anime , I had I hard time finding some ingredients such as sake, and blue marlin. Nonetheless, their at many other recipes with ingredients that can be found at any basic grocery store. And a plus is that the book feels very durable. And the instructions are easy to follow, with pictured guides.
