  • You can select the 350w power mode for cooking ramen, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. Meanwhile, you can cook spaghetti, steak, soup, chicken and hot pot at the 700w power mode.

  • Very easy to do that. The surface of the electric pot is a food grade non stick coating. The surface of the pot can be easily cleaned with water and sponge.

  • The non stick coating is made of ceramic glaze and does not contain polytetrafluoroethylene, PAS, or perfluorooctane sulfonic acid. Even under high temperature conditions, it will not release harmful substances.

  • The 1.5L portable hot pot has a large capacity with 2.75"depth and 7.78"diameter. The depth of the steam is 1.97".

    You can definitely notice the non-stick is starting to wear off after about a year of usage because previously I didn't even need oil for eggs. I like how it heats up quickly! Size is good for one/two. Leave some space at the top so it doesn't splatter everywhere, but even then, it still might a little bit.

    Only have done a chicken stew & pancakes. Not together. Two meals. Stew had potatoes chunks, broccoli & colliflower & onions that I steamed while I boiled the water with the veggie steaming on top for 10 minutes. Then throwing veggies in pot. Don't forget to drain the water off. Add veggies and chicken broth, cook for 10 minutes or more depending how soft you want your veggies. Also I cut the chi Ken in small pieces & air fried them While I was cutting up veggies. You can add whatever you like next time I am adding corn. Pan cakes came out great. Handy unit for 2 people. Heats up fast & cleans up easy. Handy Dandy unit.

    2025-01-19 update:
    Today the pot blew the GFCI circuit in the kitchen. When I reset the GFCI and tried to power on the pot, nothing happened. It appears that this pot is good for 5 months of use before it fails. 鶹 was kind enough to provide a refund. We will be looking for alternatives to replace this.

    I purchased this for my wife to cook some Chinese dishes that she likes. It seems to work well and is well made. If you are looking for something like this, I could go with this one.
