I had not used my hot tub for 14 years when lifting the cover even though it was drained it still required a thorough cleaning of the interior. I then filled it and used half of bottle as instructed ran drained refilled and repeated . It cleaned lines and jets to the point it looks like now , I would highly recommend this product and will use it as part of my maintenance procedure for future drain and fills.

    Worked great! It had been a long while since I gave our spa a proper cleaning so I decided to use the whole bottle at once. Within minutes I could see tons of gunk coming out of the jets. I ran the pump for an hour and then started to drain the tub- water was noticeably cloudy with all the grime it cleared out. I’d recommend standing by with a hose as this product does foam up a lot, and it looks like the blue foam would indeed stain a tub if left unchecked for any length of time. Overall very impressive product at a fraction of the cost of tub cleaner at the pool supply store.

    ... Did leave a bit of a residual in the pipes after refilling causing the new water to be cloudy at first. With a few cleanings of the filters following, the water cleared up better. We didn't have much gunk come out of the pipes, but did notice some which means it must be doing it's work. A slightly noticeable increase in the pressure coming out of the lines which is helpful when having a hot tub relaxing soak.
