    The construction of this chair feels like quality (high density foam, plywood construction within the seat etc). You can adjust how high and far forward and back the back-rest is, to get an ideal fit for yourself. However, the back does not recline with pressure as some office chairs do. I find this to be a benefit becuase it promotes good posture and spine alignment as compared to my old chair where I was perpetually slouching. This chair may not be for everyone, but I find it to be excellent quality and comfortable.

    This chair has been a game changer for me. Because I am a fine artist, I sit for many hours at a time. This sitting was causing problems with my back and knees. This chair is so comfortable and versatile, it has afforded me comfort and support when I have to sit so long. It rolls around, which is very convenient, and it is height-adjustable to fit my leg comfort.
