Delicious marzipan, unadulterated by things other manufacturers add to save money. This is the real thing, perfect for lining a pie shell (for instance) to add that gorgeous marzipan flavour to a special dish. Soft, easy to work with, hard to resist. I think some people buy this just for eating as a sweet. Nothing wrong with that! If you see the price of marzipan fruits, for instance, this is a great value.
I have had marzipan fruits, come to think of it, that tasted like wax. No marzipan flavour, solid, horrible. But still expensive and still labelled "marzipan".
Odense makes authentic Danish marzipan. It's the real thing, and it's yummy!!!
