Poor connection, I bough the door bell and it works perfectly so I wanted to buy an outdoor camera for the back of my house and I wanted it to be in the same «��application��». My outdoor camera connects rarely to my WiFi, even if the WiFi signal is 100%, and other thing is I need to perchase a second cloud storage for that camera?!?? Both of my camera can’t be on the same cloud?!!
That’s a rip off seriously, no sure I would recommend buying!

It does not come with an SD card slot OR local storage, so if you want to replay events you will have to subscribe to their cloud service. My dissatisfaction is the yearly cost for the VIP cloud storage: it is advertised to be $0,027 per camera (x10 for the VIP) BUT it is in fact $0,035. So instead of costing $98.55 per year, it actually cost $129.99 ($149.49 with the taxes)
Maybe I should have just paid more for some that do not require a yearly cost for the cloud storage

When they finally did reply (four days later) they asked for info I already had provided in detail. It's been over a week since I contacted them and still nothing. It's not worth my bother to return a $28 camera that doesn't work. My spouse ordered two additional cameras which work ok. I will not be ordering anymore of their products until this is addressed.
