    This appears to be an 鶹 electronic reprint made in Poland, with no date given. There is no indication of where, when or by whom the book was originally published, presumably in the USSR or Russia. There is no table of contents -- and no page numbers (!), so I have no way of telling whether it is complete. 鶹 Logistics did not bring the book until nearly 18:00 on the promised date, which kept me pinned down at home all day.
