works great. I have a single HDMI PVR that feeds this splitter with a 25' HDMI cable. The first ouput is a 50' HDMI cabl to a 1080p TV, the second output is a 50' HDMI cable to a another 1080p TV and the third ouput is a 35' HDMI cable to a 720p TV. All TV's work great and normal picture quality. When turning on TV there is a couple second delay while it connects through the splitter but its not annoying and everything works great

p.s the long hdmi cables cost more money than the splitter !

This unit works fairly well, especially for the price. It seems to handle just about anything I've thrown at it so far. I do notice a bit of noise in some types of video but unless you're super picky you probably won't even see it. The one thing that is a bit annoying is that when you change the number of TV's (or whatever) after about 30 seconds there's a noticeable black out while it seemingly re-negotiates/re-handshakes when the end devices. Also of note, as others have said, this only negotiates for a single type of audio output and that is used for all devices. For example if you have it hooked up to a stereo TV and a surround AVR it will negotiate the audio with whatever unit was the first to come on, so if you turned on the AVR first it will be 5.1 output and if you're other TV unit can't decode 5.1 sound it will get none for playback. On the other hand in those situations if you turn on the TV first it will negotiate stereo sound and then your AVR will also play stereo sound fine. Good value for the $$.
