We also melt it into tea and coffee, too. For a treat, we put the honey in with the kids in a bathtub with heavenly warm water, a pint of milk/cream. They smelled of milk and honey all day! Here is the recipe for sweet smelling children: 1/2 cup honey (or more), 1 pint of milk or cream, warm water, 2 children, bath toys and adult supervision of course.

I don't like the taste of it, I much prefer buckwheat and boreal forest wildflower honey by Oneroot, because this honey is just sweet, way too sweet. However, it is great to sweeten tea or coffee and makes them much tastier than sweetened by stevia or monk sugar.
