    I didn’t think this oven would work out because it didn’t seem to be getting up to temperature of 365degrees. Maybe my oven thermometer is off. Anyway I did set temp to 385 cooked for 6 minutes turned after 3 min. Turned out fabulous, color is vibrant. Only thing wrong is my own fault, didn’t quite get seam together. Not bad for first sublimated tumbler ever.
    At first I didn’t get how to have it preheat, guess I figured that out.

    They have replaced the sublimation oven; it arrived today. Thank you to Jamie for helping with this issue! I look forward to using this sublimation oven now and in the future.

    UPDATE: The vendor has offered to replace the defective oven! I appreciate that they are willing to correct the situation!

    This now is an expensive paper weight. I could adjust neither the time nor the temperature. I could switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius, but would not go up or down. During the transfer of my fourth tumblers, it stopped. I checked the outlet; it allowed other things to function, so I feel the problem is not in the house outlet. Next, I checked the oven’s cord. It showed no damage. The internet suggested checking to see if the oven was dirty. It was not. The oven had cooled, so I plugged it in again. There was no sign of life; so, sadly said good-bye, went to Wal-Mart and purchased a convection oven. I need to finish the tumblers I was making for Christmas.

    Knob for adjusting time does not work, I'm just now trying it for the first time. Just opened the box after buying it in Dec. 2024, too late to return but I strongly suggest you try it immediately....buttons do not operate accordingly. I'd like to add I've been sublimating for years now. Very disappointed. Live and learn folks.
